Processing
Hot forging
Services include tool design and manufacturing. Forging presses range from 63 tons to 500 tons, and surface treatments encompass sandblasting, stress-relief furnaces, and annealing.
Cold extrusion
The base materials include steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper, and the cold extrusion presses range in tonnage from 100 to 250 tons.
Assembly and packaging
We use blister packs, bubble wrap, or pearl cotton for packaging. Each component is carefully packed in a small box with the correct orientation and labeled accordingly. Handle the products with care, wearing clean white gloves to prevent fingerprints.
