Ningbo Changhua Copper Products Co., LTD., located in Huangtan Town, Ninghai County, Zhejiang Province, was established in 1998. It is a Hong Kong-funded enterprise specializing in machining industry with self-operated import and export rights. The company mainly produces high-precision accessories for electric power connection and communication plug; Winding and processing of composite insulating materials; And brass valve fittings, home appliance accessories, etc., the products have passed the Spanish AENOR certification and Canada CSA certification. Products are mainly exported to Mexico, the United States, Spain, Sri Lanka, Italy and so on. Suyi Labor Federation and China Telecom jointly provide 5G digital factory services for Ningbo Changhua, focusing on making "invisible" data "visible", helping enterprises effectively realize data-driven management leap, and making factory management evidence-based. The project started from the pipe production line, and fully launched 7 modules of Suyi Light factory personnel, plans, processes, tooling, equipment, paperless, abnormal safety lights, and 24 functions.
This project will help Changhua realize comprehensive equipment collection of CNC lathes in the production line, effectively monitor the actual utilization of each equipment in the production line, record real-time production beats, automatically generate equipment OEE analysis, equipment abnormal details, and gradually realize paperless document management in the workshop site. Continuously improve the level of production management, evaluate the situation of site management with data results, promote efficiency improvement and effective management of resources.
On this basis, it will continue to deepen the continuous spread of digital site management in the whole plant, gradually covering hundreds of equipment in the whole plant, to achieve comprehensive digital management of process, production and equipment, and promote the enterprise to walk in the forefront of the industry.
